- List of Reports: Lists all of the daily, weekly, monthly, and custom reports from the Perinatal Data Center.
- Birth Certificate Worksheet: Used by birth certificate clerk to complete state birth certificate.
- Delivery Note: Automatically faxed daily to physician offices
- Discharge Summary: Automatically faxed daily, on day of patient discharge, to provider offices and medical records
