Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital adds Site of Care’s Infant Development Center to the hospital’s Pediatric Follow Up Clinic

San Francisco, CA – May 28, 2003 – Site of Care System, the leading provider of integrated data management tools for improving quality in maternal and child healthcare, announced today the Los Angeles, CA based Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital has added the Infant Development Center module to their current use of Site of Care’s application suite. Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital has utilized Site of Care’s nursery module, The Daily Baby Center, since April of 2002.
Adding The Infant Development Center module provides the hospital a turn-key solution for their infant development clinic. When used in conjunction with The Daily Baby Center, the application links nursery patient data with high-risk follow-up visits, there by providing a powerful framework for longitudinal research and ongoing study. Daily clinic tasks are simplified by the applications’ scheduling component which allows for tracking by corrected or real ages at user-defined intervals, and also provides reminders for required visits.
