Henry Ford Hospital will utilize Site of Care’s Daily Baby Center and Infant Development Center in the hospital’s special nursery care settings. Clinical information entered into Daily Baby Center is stored in a large relational database, providing clinicians with ready access to daily documentation for comprehensive statistical analysis and outcome review. The Infant Development Center is an easy to use tool for tracking the follow-up care of the hospital’s high-risk infants. When used in conjunction with The Daily Baby Center, the application links nursery patient data with high risks follow-up visits, providing a powerful framework for longitudinal research and ongoing studies.
