Alta Bates Medical Center prepares to implement Site of Care Systems’ Neonatal and Perinatal Data Management Software for use in its Women and Infant’s program.
San Francisco, CA – April 9, 2001 – Site of Care Systems, The leading provider of integrated data management tools for improving quality in maternal and child healthcare, announced today that Sutter Health affiliate Alta Bates Medical Center has selected The Perinatal Data Application Suite for its perinatal and neonatal information system. Alta Bates has also purchased custom interfaces to their legacy and fetal monitoring systems. Alta Bates Medical Center is the second Sutter Health Affiliate to select the suite of products since the signing of the Sutter Health/Site of Care Systems Global contract in November, 1999. Within the Sutter Health network of 22 hospitals providing delivery services, Alta Bates Medical Center is the largest, performing over 7000 deliveries annually. Site of Care’s integrated database applications will be utilized in Labor and Delivery, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Developmental Follow Up Clinic. Alta Bates becomes the seventh Sutter Health affiliate to incorporate Site of Care’s suite of products.
